Bill Berzowski is the Founder of B&K Installations Inc. He started his career in heavy construction building bridges, water treatment and sewage treatment plants. His experience includes trade school training as a machinist and apprentice training as a tool and die maker. In addition, he is also a licensed Florida State General Contractor with over three decades of experience. 
 

Joe Kurilla, the Co-Founder of B&K Installations Inc. has more than 20 years of experience, in heavy construction and greenhouse sales. He is also a licensed contractor in Miami-Dade County. His specialty is in sales and customer satisfaction. He provides customers with a wealth of information about our products and process, to assure their order will fit their needs and requirements.

Randy has over 20 years of experience in the Cannabis growing industry. He is a Master Grower with extensive knowledge of hydroponic systems and integrations. Randy is involved from the inception of a project to its final delivery. He ensures that all of our customers needs and requirements are being met through the entire production phase. He has a passion for the industry and has really enjoyed seeing it grow over the past couple of decades. Randy's dedication to making our customers concepts come to life, is what makes him such an asset to our company.

We are fortunate to have Steve Burge as our design engineer. Steve is a hands on, innovative designer, whose focus is on practical, functional, and value oriented engineering. His more than 40 years of experience working in a broad range of disciplines, gives Steve a unique skill set tailored to the manufacturing process. These qualities are a major asset, for dealing with the intricacies of creating a top of the line grow facility.
